Using a poll of the Class of 2020, Jalen Walker ’21 and Henry Moses ’21 compiled a list of the group’s favorite songs and ones that define their time at Belmont Hill as well as their favorite shows. The results are below. When asked what one song defines their Belmont Hill experience, the most popular response among the seniors was Rockstar by Dababy. Other popular responses included See You Again by Tyler the Creator, Mannequin by Lil Tjay, and Without You by Avicii. When asked what they have been watching and streaming recently, the overwhelming favorite among the seniors was Outer Banks on Netflix. Other popular responses included Avatar: The Last Airbender, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Ozark, and The Last Dance. See the Playlist of the Issue for the full list of songs. During their quarantine, many Seniors have been reading. Some favorite books are Shoe Dog by Phil Knight, A Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, and various titles by Stephen King including The Shining, Misery, and The Institute.
