Belmont Hill’s Open House is a Resounding Success

This past Saturday, Belmont Hill hosted its annual Open House for prospective students and their families. Belmont Hill student volunteers toured families around campus and stopped by on teachers’ classrooms to learn about Belmont Hill life. Furthermore, Belmont hill parents assisted with the event, such as helping to run registration and refreshments near the Prenatt center. There were many events around campus: prospective students witnessed Panel editors hard at work laying out the next issue, the B-Flats performed in the Chapel, Mr. Schneider gave a speech to our guests in the Chapel, and teachers around campus gave insight into the bevy of athletic and academic opportunities at Belmont Hill. This year we were blessed with great weather and an impressive turnout of around 600 people, according to Mr. Carr’s estimate. Thank you to all the students and faculty who spent their Saturday morning at the Open House, and we wish the admissions office luck for the rest of their process – they are off to a smooth start.
